Korzystając z ostatniej korekty postanowiłem doładować w coininvestdirect.com Nigdy wcześniej nie było z nimi problemu, złożyłem zamówienie, opłaciłem, najpóźniej dzisiaj powinni byli wysłać zamówiony towar (czwarty dzień od otrzymania wpłaty). Zamiast emaila z potwierdzeniem wysłania towaru otrzymałem to:
Dear Mr X,
Unfortunately we have not been able to send you your shipping confirmation since we are still dealing with your order.
We are doing our best to send out your order as soon possible.
In case you have not received your shipping confirmation after 3 days, please do get in touch with us: +44 203 170 5583 or customercare@coininvestdirect.com.
